REFLEXOLOGY

The original way to create calm and balance in the whole body. A deeply relaxing therapy that works by applying gentle pressure to specific points on your feet using Reflexology Wax. A non-invasive way to relieve stress, enhance your energy, and promote overall well-being.

FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY

Your skin will be cleansed and toned first before a facial oil will be used to gently stimulate specific points on your face, which correspond to areas throughout your body. Includes cranial balancing and a mini head massage. Enhances circulation, helping to renew your skin’s natural glow.

Choose one of the bespoke treatment packages including the Signature Treatment "The Harmony" - a blend of cranial balancing, hand & arm massage and feet reflexology or "The Decadent" - a complete package of both Facial and Feet Reflexology.

HI, I'M KATE

I'm a huge advocate for holistic therapies and natural living. I strongly believe that a calm, balanced state of mind and body can help everyone flow through life more easily.

My main passion is Reflexology as I truly believe it allows you to achieve this ultimate calmness and the clients that return for treatments on a regular basis is testament to that!

I trained in 2017/18 for a VTCT Level 3 in Reflexology and followed this with courses in Facial Reflexology & Maternity Reflexology. I am a lifelong learner so always have a course or book on the go!

I look forward to my monthly reflexology with Kate so much. It's an hour of pure bliss. I feel so calm and relaxed, it's like I'm floating. Any stress or tension I have is lifted.
